"It’s never fun to have to go to a walk-in clinic, however my son and I had a positive experience here. I was nervous when we got there, because they were very busy, but our wait time was only about 30 minutes and the staff were all friendly. We saw Dr. Scott Rubinger and I can’t say enough great things about how nice he was listening to my anything my son had to say. Would definitely recommend him!"

"Decent place, pretty clean, nice people, got in and out pretty quickly, but geez… lookout if you don’t have good insurance. I was expecting a bill for my visit, thinking $50 or so seemed reasonable for the maximum of 10 minutes I spent with a nurse practitioner who literally just took my blood pressure. I received a $202 bill in the mail… Now keep in mind that the cost of my visit was never explained to me at any point, according to my math, 10 minutes at $202 ($202 x 6) = $1212/ hour. That is strait-up highway robbery. Not to get political, but since when has getting a check up become a luxury item that only the elite and wealthy, or the extremely poor milking the system, can afford? I guess I’ll chalk this up to yet another case where the hard-working, middle-class American gets the short end of the stick…"

"My husband and I needed an urgent care for him because of a suspected bladder infection. We stay at the lighthouse village in Homer for the summer and don't have a local physician established, so this was the nearest place for us. What a pleasant surprise to find them friendly and efficient and just overall a great experience. Without a doubt we will definitely go back (fingers crossed we won't need to) but if the need ever rises again. Leeann was a sweetheart. Def a 5 star exp"

Reanna is the NP that took care of my son and I and she was just so patient and kind and really took time with us. If you need an urgent care, go here! Oh, there was also no wait :)"

"They lady wouldn’t tell me how long of a wait over the phone and I drive 30 minutes just to be told it’s a 3 hour wait. My boyfriend wasn’t aloud to wait with me and definitely wasn’t going to make him wait in the car for 3 plus hours. The lady I think her name was Morgan she had the biggest attitude definitely won’t be back I’m sick and you let your nurses talk to patients with an attitude is beyond me. Get better costumer service people are sick when they go in and they definitely don’t want the rude attitude from a “nurse”"
