"Super crowded! All the self checkouts seemed to all be closed, once there was a big crowd in line they decided to open more self checkouts."

"Found everything I needed and more. Staff was helpful in finding things. Cashier had an earbud in and was talking on her phone while ringing up my purchases. Not very professional; never sure if she was talking to me or her phone."

"Staff was playing on their phones and joking around. Several cars that pulled in after us were given their orders shortly after pulling in while we had to wait almost an hour. The person who brought our order didn't say anything and we had to tell him the name after he just stood and stared, he didn't mention the item that was unavailable and didn't ask where we wanted the bags, didn't say goodbye and walked just off. Completely unprofessional and obviously not well trained if they don't even greet customers and are more interested in goofing around on their phones or with each other than doing their job."

"I was going to pick up My order and almost all the reserved spaces were taken by regular customers who parked there because it was closer to the door. I had to wait for a spot to open before I could even check in. I sat there for 10 min waiting for a spot and when I finally got one I didn't get my order for a half an hour. The were people going up to the door and the employees were bringing out their orders instead of making them wait like the rest of us. This was a joke! I live closer to this store but I'll never shop here again. This is the worst Walmart I've ever been to. The inside experience I had was so bad and that's why I chose to just pick up my order. Every experience I've had at this store has been horrible. I'll be driving to the Wilmington Ave or Xenia Walmart from now on even thou they're further because I know I'll be treated well and the employees actually care about the customers. I gave you one star because that was the only option. I wouldn't have given you any stars because this store should be closed or get all new employees. Organization and properly training and monitoring you employees is a must. Management should be fired because they're not doing a thing to fix the problems."

"We only shop at Walmart. Sally is part of my family, and my emotional support, and we always feel welcomed at Walmart. The employees are always happy to help. When looking for something, they will usually walk me to what I am looking for. Sometimes I will go to Kroger's. They have a policy against emotional support but will only get involved if there is an issue."
