"I really wish i could give 0 stars. This is by far the worst pharmacy you could ever go to. They truly do not care about giving good customer service & it shows. I am a patient rep and would neverrrrrrr talk to or treat my patients the way this pharmacy does it’s customers. The wait times are outrageous no matter what time of day. The attitudes are ridiculous. They do not answer the phone. I waited at the drive through window for 20 minutes before someone opened the window… i hit the call button twice. A line formed behind me because they made me wait 2 minutes before opening the window and i was told i would have to update my ins card inside because there was too long of a line at the drive through…. After i had already waited 20 minutes. So i have to go inside and get back in line because you let a line build up because you don’t answer the phone or drive through. They need serious revisions at this pharmacy. No one is kind. The pharmacist was wearing a sweatshirt and was unfriendly… you wouldn’t have even known they were the pharmacist. Just not worth your time. I’ve definitely visit my last time & wont be returning to this garbage can of a pharmacy."
"Zero stars for the pharmacy! My husband and I dropped off a prescription for our dog on 1/15/24. Our dog has bad seizures and is in dire need for the meds. It was pretty late when we dropped it off and we told the staff member (blond, mid 40) that we would be picking up in the morning. It is now 1/16/24 8pm and we still don't have her medication. The staff member did not tell us that they are where of stock. Instead she lied blatantly telling me that the pharmacist tried to call us but "who knows what phone number" we gave her. Excuse me: You wrote it down and had the correct phone number. She also lied by telling us that if we would go to another CVS that they can fill it. She did not mentioned that it is a controlled substance and therefore the prescription cannot be transferred. When I approached her she lied saying that she told "my partner" indeed that it is not transferable trying to blame the other pharmacy. She kept calling my husband "my partner" even though I corrected her. It sounded very racist since he is African American and I am Caucasian. To top it off - she suggested to me to go to an emergency vet to get a new prescription since the one we dropped off would not be valid any longer. When I asked her if she would pick up the bill - she just shrugged her shoulders. I should call the vet then in the morning. This pharmacy is playing with the wellbeing of their customers and will be reported by us."
"Alondra was the sweetest, most helpful & patient cashier. She done everything she could of possibly done to assist me. It was difficult because some things were covered with my insurance card & some was not. She kept a smile the whole entire time. Thank you Alondra"
"I wish that I could give zero stars, because this store's pharmacy is absolute garbage. They refuse to answer the phone when they are busy. At times, they will pick up on the waiting calls and deliberately hang up on you. I waited for over an hour-and-a-half this evening with my phone sitting on my desk while I held, for nothing more than to have them cancel an order. Because I am at home, still working, my wife had to drive to the store to have them cancel it on my behalf. An absolute joke. Another thing about this store, which is the reason I had to call tonight, they have a penchant for billing your insurance before they even begin to fill your order. My medication was out-of-stock; however, that did not stop them from billing my insurance in advance, which left me in the predicament of not being able to transfer my Rx to Walgreens because the insurance company said the Rx had already been filled a day prior. They are essentially holding your Rx hostage so you cannot transfer it and have it filled anywhere else. A strong arm technique to keep your business at their pharmacy, because no one would willingly subject themselves to this level of suck at their own accord. I will never use this pharmacy again. It is apparent that they do not care about offering any level of customer service that inconveniences them in the slightest, nor does the customer hold any level of significance to them either. I will have to pay more to go to Walgreens, as CVS is my "preferred" pharmacy, but it is totally worth it in the long run to avoid this dumpster fire of a pharmacy. If you do not have a choice and must go to CVS, I suggest trying another store."
