"When there is a line of cars in the drive-thru, one car should not be allowed to sit there for 30 minutes or more, holding up all other cars. That is disrespectful and unacceptable especially to those who are disabled and can't walk as well as others. The appropriate action to take is to ask the car holding up the line to pull around when other cars pull up until their prescription is ready. I will not ever use another CVS again and will express my dissatisfaction to others by word of mouth. You have lost a long time customer. You can thank your store manager Crystal at 1001 E. Main St. Trotwood, OH Store#6141"
"I just witnessed the most disgusting behavior and RACISM at this location. The pharmacy dept and manager ( Crystal) allowed for a customer, waiting on their prescription to hold up the entire line — even turning her car off at one point. Three cars that were waiting ultimately left as they were no doubt frustrated by the inconvenient wait time. My sister was waiting in line for nearly 30 minutes, and called into the store to see what was causing the wai.(the wait for a response was over 7 minutes long) She was then informed that there was short staffing in the pharmacy, but she could come into the store to get her prescription. Why couldn’t the woman holding up the line have done the same thing and gone inside if it’s quicker? Staff should have asked her to pull around and out of the way if she was unable to come inside just like they have asked my sister to do in the past — Isn’t the Drive Thru for convenience??? So why would it be ok for one person whose prescription isn’t ready yet to hold up others whose prescription is ready for pick up? Then the woman turns off her car and sits, so my sister blew the horn until she moved, staff then said that ‘woman was nice’ and got very nasty even telling my sister how she will need to find a new pharmacy, but it was racial, since the woman was an older white woman and my sister is a younger black woman. Had it been the other way around, she would have been asked to move as I stated earlier in this review, so what makes this other customer exempt? Skintone of course!"
"My prescriptions are always ready on time. The staff and the pharmacist are so friendly. They always check to see if I have any questions about new medications."
"Not enough employees at the pharmacy counter after 5:00 pm. Need more to manage the long lines."
"This pharmacy always seems to be out of stock on medication, when they have the order for a refill they give you a time to pick up the medication its never ready and want you to come back. This is very aggravating not only costing you more time but also gas and wear and tear on your vehicle and nerves. Piss poor management if you ask me"
