"This is related to the pharmacy only. I don't know if it's lack of workers or poor management but it's very difficult to get prescriptions filled. Long hold times on the phone. (I just waited 20 minutes and finally just hung up bc who knows if they will ever answer). Multiple times I've been told scripts would be ready by a certain time only to show up and find they are not. I will say they are friendly and always look extremely busy. But due to all the other issues the customer service just isn't good."
"I would give no stars if I could. I also am a type of vendor and have never been treated so rude by a store manager (JP) First he accused us of being scammers. We work at an apartment complex and people can pay their rent at CVS. He then said that we basically are liars and said just call the 800 number due to a mistake they made. They sent the persons rent to the wrong apartment. I have never been treated like this. He barely waited for me to finish asking him something. I also know that they can help because this happened 2 months prior and a nice lady that I spoke with helped. I really hope that it was just a bad day for JP.....if not maybe you should look for another job."

"I have called twice trying to get my sons asthma medicine transferred. Both times I waited over 45 minutes before being so aggravated thatI I hung up. I KNOW THEY ARE NOT THAT BUSY. PATHETIC BUSINESS PRACTICES. I'll call Kroger now thank you."
