"No, Paula O., you are not the only one treated poorly by King's Pharmacy...specifically Tatum King. You are also not the only one that they've claimed to have called and left messages that were never received. I have had several encounters with her and every time she has been rude. For example, after promising to deliver a prescription the next day by 5pm and still not having received it by 4:45pm, I called to ask for an ETA since I was waiting for them to show up. I was then very rudely informed by Tatum that they had no intention of delivering it that day (even though they never called back to tell me), that they "never" guaranty a delivery time window (even though they had), and that they hadn't even filled the prescription yet! My only option was to race across town to pick it up before they closed. At which time, Tatum was completely rude and unprofessional. Not only did she not read the script and fill it completely, she said I was lying about them promising to deliver! Claimed their calls are recorded and she would listen to it because she "overheard the entire conversation and that's not what he said". I told her she SHOULD listen to the recording because she would find out that the gentleman I spoke with most certainly did promise delivery next day by 5pm. She had a very nasty attitude. Although I never raised my voice, her employees seemed to be shocked by the fact that I was standing up to her lies. It would be worth your time to drive a little further to get better service. I certainly won't go back again."

"Super frustrated. My dog's medication is filled here routinely. It often takes days to fill the prescription. A few times I have been told that the pharmacist is on vacation. This last time, they apparently called me two times in the past week to see if I wanted the prescription filled. For some reason, I did not receive these calls. Why would my vet's office call in a refill if I didn't want it? They have never called to verify in the past. I spoke to someone this afternoon (Friday) who said they would fill it for me and it would be ready this afternoon. After waiting three hours for a call back, I called an hour before closing and was told the prescription was still in the lab and won't be ready until Monday. My dog's medication will run out by then and this is not the first time this has happened. All I see are five star reviews. Am I the only customer having these issues?"

"King’s Pharmacy & Compounding is the best, most efficient pharmacy you will find. Tatum is so well knowledgeable in medication counseling, kind and definitely compassionate about taking care of her patients. This quality care trickles down through the staff and you feel like you are getting one on one care each time you go in. Also- your pets will be very well taken care of at King’s as well. They are a pet loving staff and Tatum really knows her stuff. I have never been disappointed with any of my interactions or service!"
