"I used Prices Creek for years and always had a great experience with Dr. Judd. But the newer staff is severely lacking customer service. I tried to get a quote on vaccinations a few months back and the girl left me on hold for over an hour before I finally hung up. Come to find out they closed for the day and went home while I was on hold. Sunday 9-24 I called and left a message on the emergency line because I had an EMERGENCY with a farm animal and nobody ever even bothered to call me back! Very disappointed after using this clinic for at least 10 years."
