"We had an appointment on the books for a week after bringing our puppy Zatanna home. Unfortunately, on day 4, Zatanna had a seizure, and we needed emergency help. We brought her in and were seen immediately, which was such a relief for us as new pet parents. The care was gentle, loving, and detailed. Zatanna came home later that afternoon good as new, her usual firecracker self. Dr. Loparo was amazing, I hope we see her everytime, my wife and I both appreciate her expertise and calmness. Pricing was fair, not expensive or inexpensive. The outcome is what mattered to us, Zatanna is good for another 3,000 walks!"
"Dr. Mosser is amazing! She really cares about our Henry and it shows. She’s so thorough and she makes sure we understand everything she’s telling us and explaining to us. She’s not just a veterinarian going through the motions. I truly believe she wants the best for our dog and wants to see him get better as much as we do. We trust her 100% with our dog. My only regret is not switching to Big Creek sooner and finding Dr. Mosser! The staff is so friendly too which is a huge plus!!"
