"This pharmacy is constantly getting prescriptions wrong and getting dates wrong and then blaming the client and once you have your doctor reach out to them they acknowledge their mistake and own up to it but dealing with the patients they act like they made no mistake even though they know they know they have made one Ashley who they would not give me the last name 1 of the receptionists or pharmacy assistance is the most disrespectful individual who works there if you are working with her I would recommend asking for a different person behind the counter to work with because she is extremely disrespectful . So I would recommend if you're getting a prescription field go to any other pharmacy other than mire because they are extremely disorganized and extremely disrespectful especially Ashleyhangs up the phone on you just speak completely disrespectfully and derive auditorium the disrespectfully and the Roger tourley towards you and it is just not worth it my best advice for you would be go to any other pharmacy anywhere because of the Meyer pharmacy Is"

"I don't normally get my medications sent here but since moving, it's easier than driving 2 towns over every month. My mistake. I recently started a medication that is very serious and has strict deadlines to pick up by otherwise I need additional lab work done again. I had the prescription called in, got a call saying I needed to answer my monthly questions for this medication. I did that, called back and was told it would be ready the next day by 1 (they needed to order it). Went to go get it the following evening and was told it needed prior authorization (even though I got it approved until 2022) AND it was never even ordered. Nobody called to let me know this. They won't have it until Monday and I can't pick it up after Sunday due to the strict deadline. So, basically, I was told it would be ready then it was never even ordered. I had to call numerous pharmacies before I found one that would *potentially* get it by Saturday. I also called the Meijer pharmacy and talked with some guy who said he'd call around and get back to me - yeah, never got a call back. Ridiculous. It was THEIR mess up by not ordering my medication and I had to be the one to fix it. My fiancé is switching his medication somewhere else and we aren't getting anything sent there anymore. Clearly they are incapable of doing their jobs if they don't even order the medication that only has a 7 day window of pick up (which they should know). Also ridiculous how one of the techs (won't name, but I should) wouldn't stay on hold to get my prescription (that only has 2 days left to fill) taken off their program so it can be filled with another pharmacy, basically saying "oh well I have other things to do". Very very messy pharmacy. The pharmacy that I'm going to has made an effort to call them and get them going but that didn't work, I had to call myself and they had to call the pharmacy."
