Beauty, a pony, is perfect for our youngest students to learn how to ride. Pepper, a registered Quarter Horse mare, is a patient and experienced teacher who has guided many riders over the years. Sunny, a half-Arabian, half Quarter Horse mare, is a smart and eager learner who excels in our lesson program.
Riding With Rhythm is proud to have participated in several late summer events with our Lesson Program and Hands on Horse Youth Horsemanship. Our institution is grateful for the support of our wonderful grandparents and families who bring their children to lessons. We recently hosted a Non-Spooky Halloween Bash for our students, bringing everyone together for a fun and festive celebration. Shirley does an amazing job of not just teaching kids how to get on a horse and ride, but more importantly teaches kids how to care for horse, the safety of both the rider and the horse, as well as not just using mechanics to ride a horse but listening and feeling what the horse is telling you. We participated in both private lessons as well as a monthly Hands of Horse group class. Shirley is amazing with both kids and adults and I am amazed with her big personality in such a tiny body. "Absolutely amazing and beautiful establishment. Big riding arena that is protected from the weather. There is four beautiful horses to choose from and ride. Lessons are taught by a highly skilled instructor with her entire life of experience that is given in each class and level.
