"Prescription was dropped at 1pm. I was told that it will ready in one hour. Went to pick up at 5pm. I was told thatRx is not here. After a long discussion, they found it. They started blaming on each other. Never will go there again."

"Went here to get a flu vaccine. The pharmacy tech said it's appointment only due to how busy they are and they can't help me until tomorrow. I was the only person in the store. The sign out front says they are taking walk ins, and when I checked the website all of the vaccine appointments are available for scheduling today. Really disappointing service from Rite Aid."
