"Vernon is one of the most patient and helpful people I have ever met. He goes out of his way to make sure everyone is treated with kindness and respect. He even gives a tremendous amount of help to people who are technically his competitors, but is kind and open enough to encourage a great dynamic between other small businesses. Unfortunately I Was present on the day that another potential customer displayed some incredibly rude behavior right in front of a student who was only 15. I personally witnessed Vernon handle this situation with patience and professionalism, he asked them if they wanted to sit in his waiting area, which was inside with A/C, while he finished up the last couple of minutes with his student. They continued to rudely insist that they didn’t have the time for that and he needed to schedule them right away, all while the 15 year old student was waiting. Vernon politely asked for their name and number so he could call them back for scheduling but that they were already booked out for several months. This person then refused to give him their name and number and chose to then storm out while yelling inappropriate things back about the company. It’s sad to see a person come in and display so much entitlement and rude behavior in front of children. Either way, Vernon stayed perfectly calm and polite the entire time and ensured that his student was his priority. I would highly recommend Vernon for any of your needs."
