"I waited for my doctor to send the refills for my medicine, called in to check and ask to have me prescriptions delivered no where did they say that they ran out of one of my medications. The waited until my stuff was delivered to tell me that a prescription that they had was out of stock, and that only happened because I called to say that I was missing one. No common decency at all. I'm running on more than 24hrs without sleep now I have to wait another 24hrs without sleep because of their incompetence."

"If there is one bit of advice you take from me in this lifetime, it would be that you save yourself the headaches and DON'T use this pharmacy. For the past few years, my wife and I have been using this pharmacy for all of our needs, which were pretty sparse until good Ole 2020. Over the years, I feel I can think of only one or two times we have gotten prescriptions filled where we didn't have any issues. I have preferred to stick with the meijer pharmacy as this is where I do our grocery shopping but I just can't stand to use them anymore. The issues we encounter include: -Not having pretty common medicines and supplies in stock very frequently -Being told when a prescription would be ready for pick up, going to get it and finding out they haven't even started on it yet -Being sold a tester that our insurance did not cover (so they used their own discount card to knock down the price) and not knowing this until more supplies were needed and our insurance wouldn't cover it and then we were forced to switch over to a whole new system -Being shorted on the correct amount of pills there were to be in a prescription I am sure there are more ways they have dropped the ball but I have seemed to have repressed them, thankfully. I get it... You are probably reading this and thinking "that doesn't sound that bad" or "he's blowing this out of proportion" so I ask that you look at the number of reviews I have left and skim them. You won't find many 1 star reviews as a place really needs to frustrate me to give them a 1 star. Again, I can not stress enough the absolute terrible service we have had from here time and time again. I have decided to give up on the convenience of getting our prescriptions while grocery shopping (you know... The once in a million time it pans out that way) and have switched over to Costco. We use Good RX gold and are paying the same amount of money as we did at meijer and are getting customer service that's leaps and bounds better than this fluster cuck."

"Best pharmacy in Perrysburg. Staff is extremely nice and professional. Especially when they get to know you. They will always go out of their way to help you in any way they can. That is very rare at ANY pharmacy these days. So glad we switched from Kroger."
