"Very unprofessional towards a friend because she works for a "certain place" the vets have an unnecessary attitude towards. Friend was already in distress because the dog she brought in was basically dying and needed help... they manhandled the dog and had them sit at least 20-30 minutes to wait for the owners to come. Just to tell them they "couldn't treat her here" ... Then why wouldn't you say so sooner???? Was it because you had certain biased feelings against the girl that brought in the poor sick dog? You should focus more on your patient than your feelings towards the people trying to get them help. Shame"

He was patient and comforting to both dogs. I will not go anywhere else! It’s obvious that their main priority is animal care! I loved Pat at the front desk also! Great team and great work!"
