"While I had a good experience during my consult, I have not had a positive experience since. I understand they are building a prescription specifically for me, however it took 10 days for it to be filled. I followed up twice after starting the prescriptions, the first follow-up took 10 days to receive a response from Matt and the second took three weeks with multiple calls and even an in person visit to finally hear back. There doesn’t appear to be a strong emphasis on follow up and customer service and the prescription fill time was lengthy; my medical concerns haven’t been corrected by Matt’s treatment however he did seem knowledgeable and was helpful."
