McDonald's

"Hey. I stopped at the Mc Donald's o Trump Rd. around 11:30-11:40 ordered 2 cheese burgers and an iced coffee. Had to wait,which was no big deal. Got on the road ,started eating . I couldn't see well cause it was dark. Unwtaped cheese burger felt some wet. Turned on dome light whole cheese burger covered in ketchup. Trying to catched dripping ketchup dumped my coffee on the floor. Dripping all over the place. Got home opened other one. Samething, had wine some off. Called manager told him what happened. He apologized but wasn't sincere. He watch the employee do it..Will call head manager in morning. Maybe even corporate. I WILL never stop there again."

"The person who took my order and cash as well as the person behind me. She did not remove her plastic gloves. Then went back and prepared food with the same gloves. Thank goodness she didn't prepare my food."

"I normally don't review places, as I can't be bothered, but this McDonald's seems to take the cake for rudest night employees. I also typically don't blame the employees for anything, they are just doing their job...but the evening/night staff are very rude and were spitting in trash cans, which yes, is fine...but preferably don't do it in an environment that is extremely close to food. Staff also appeared to not care too much, which again is fine, but their attitudes really put me off. I try not to rag on younger employees, being young myself, but they just seemed very unprofessional, even for a McDonald's of all places. Don't know if I'll be choosing this one again, place seems very sketchy. The only positive things I have to say are my food comes out quickly, sometimes. Id say it's about half and half quick and slow for food service times. I love the app though, fantastic way to save money."

"Only gave 2 stars so that this is not pass on. Ordered 2 of the new chicken sandwiches, one regular and a spicy. A large fry and a large drink. Had to wait for my order in which wasn't the problem. Once I drove off I started to eat the fries in which were mixed with fresh and old but dealt with it. One I got home decided eat the spicy sandwich first to compare to the other restaurants and bit into a raw piece of chicken. Chicken is not supposed to be elastic and gummy. Call and they said they would remake it, but just asked for a refund"

"I would always stop here with the rollback because of the good location but mostly because of the semi parking. The food is always good but you usually have the be patient with the staff. Its been more than once I would wait at the counter and the cashier would be standing with their back to the costumers. And make sure you are very clear what you want because the accuracy isn't the best. The staff has always been very friendly though, but maybe that's because I am to them."
