"Food really is hit or miss. Sometimes you order something custom and it just comes as it usually comes, even though the sticker they put on the wrapping or box shows it’s a custom order. Service is always fantastic though and will fix the order, but the problem is that when you go through a drive thru and pull forward to check your food so you don’t hold up the line, you either have to go inside and get it corrected or you have to go through the drive thru again and by the time they’ve fixed your burgers, the rest of the food is cold by the time you get home. Cold fries are the worst. Location is newly renovated and looks great and is clean."

"Ordered 2 mcchickens in the drive through and was told to pull to the curb. No one behind me. Simple order should be fast right? Nope. This place is pretty sucky as far as this chain goes."

"On my previous Visit mistakes were made. Which resulted Is with someone reaching out to me from McDonald's. This recent visit was a 10 out of 10. From attitudes to service and food quality they really stepped up. Is Olive younger staff but definitely on point."

"ordered scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage.. the bill was almost $16. I waited almost 8 mins for "fresh" food.. when i drove away and looked at my food it was subpar. Eggs were not cooked properly, slimy, and watery.. the sausage patties were overcooked and blackened.. and the bacon was so dry and overcooked it shattered into pieces. This location needs quality control badly.."

"My daughter's chicken nuggets were completely raw in the middle. I called to let the staff know so they could check their fryer. The outsides looked done and crisp but inside completely raw. I didn't even want a refund or new chicken nuggets. I just didn't want anyone to get sick. They did not care one bit or act concerned."
