"Pizza wat over cooked. Had to drive all the way back for replacement. They did not even take in to consideration my time and gas. When I asked for additional compensation of some kind theanager said, "you want something for free, is that what you want? You can have a bread." As she threw it on the counter and walked away. I took a pic of product if there was a way to share that as well"

"Dirty location, inside and out. Floor is filthy and sticky. Employees look dirty and sloppy, and none of them were using gloves when touching the cash register and food stations. Their attitudes and unprofessionalism match their attire. Customer service is a non-existent concept. Literally. Be prepared to be ignored and looked at as if you are an irritant. And to top it off, unsurprisingly, my order was incorrect. I tossed the entire order. Shame on the company for not shutting down this location."

"The employees were not pleasant. My order wasn’t ready when I got there, they acted as if I was the one who made a mistake. Then, when my food was finally ready fifteen minutes later, there was no apology or offer for compensation. When I got home with everything, the pizzas were both burnt."

"Order a deep dish pizza unfortunately my friend had to put her slice in microwave because was still doughy like not cooked all the way. However they do have a good deal on the crazy breads 2 for 5 dollars. Update bought the same meal again on 10/6/2023 they tried to give me the wrong order. Then they didn't look closely that I ordered 2 crazy breads and had to remind them. But the pizza this time actually cooked properly."

"If you like pizza, stay away from this place. I have no idea why (nor do I care anymore), but every single time I come here my order is never ready. NEVER!!! I order through the app. I wait until it says my order is ready. I come down to the store and wait my turn in line just to be ignored. People who walk in 10 minutes after me and order at the counter get their food before my order is ready. Done."
