"Was better back in the day. No consistency for the product. It's a shame. What was awesome is now mediocre. I worked managing Pizza Huts for over 20 years. If they don't fix it, it will die. A little pride and great customer service go a long way. Bring that aspect back and you will thrive. Ignore it and cut your losses.You will be out of business in 10 years max."
"Tonight I ordered a small pizza and a small Chicken sub at 6:00pm and at 9:30pm I called and cancelled order because It still had not arrived. So beware ordering from this location. I know they were busy but 3 and a half hours there is no excuse for this. Next time I will order from somewhere else. No stars deserved here. It would not let me post without making a star. I guess they don't want negative reviews"
"Been getting pizza from here for years for family gatherings. lately I have noticed a decline in the quality of the pizza and its toppings. I’m not sure what it is but something has seemed off lately and has made us considered getting pizza from somewhere else. we don’t want to but if we continue to be dissatisfied unfortunately we will have to switch to another pizza place. also please give Anthony Ross a promotion or a raise. He is a very good man, a close friend of mine, and he has made some of the best pizza i’ve had not only from your restaurant but in general. very pleased with his work."
"You just can't visit Canton, Ohio and fail to get Pizza Oven pizza and broasted "Jo-Jo" potatoes. Pizza Oven is a local favorite - we all grew up on Pizza Oven. It's usually the first place I go when I go home to visit. I literally place my order when I'm about 30 minutes away so I have pizza as soon as I get home. It's that much of a Canton institution!"
"I don’t get why it’s so hard to put sauce on a pizza? The last three I got were like this. Almost like a dry rub pizza. I’m going back to another local pizza shop. Not pizza oven. Sorry you just lost another customer because you want to save a dime on sauce. Unbelievable!"
