I cancelled my order, ordered online from McDonald’s in Streetsboro and was immediately served and out in seconds. Run from the border if you can."

"Dined in at 4:30 on a Sunday. Inside was so nice and clean. Placed order on mobile app and it was ready super quick by the time we came in and sat down. Everything we ordered was so fresh and delicious!"

"Ordered food online. Went to pick it up, told me the melter machine was down, so I couldn't get the three quesadillas I ordered. Not the first time this place has disappointed. The staff is always so nice. Management is to blame, and they better find a way to keep this location in better standing before it closes."

"I don’t ever leave reviews, but my boyfriend & I were just treated beyond wrong stopping at the taco bell in streetsboro, Ohio. After a long 10 hour shift at my job, running errands after work, we stop to get food. I was so excited because my boyfriend said yes to taco bell. As we’re pulling up to the window I realized I wanted a drink I was dying of thirst. I said I’m sorry can I add on a drink, & we say we want a Dr Pepper after trying to ask how much would be added on and this young girl instantly treated us like we weren’t customers. The behavior was so shockingly disgusting & I looked at my boyfriend ready to cry as my heart dropped in my stomach. I literally lost my appetite & was ready to just pull away and stop at McDonald’s or anywhere else. I didn’t get the employees name but she’s a larger woman with short hair(looked like pink was in it). She was rude trying to ask us what size drink when we said we didn’t know that’s why we asked the prices, & then she said it’s happy hour so it’s only a 1$ like we were supposed to know that. I don’t live at taco bell & I’ve never payed attention to happy hour. She also very loud & rude said if we ever come back and want a drink to do it when we pull up to order because they don’t add on at the window there. That’s a lie and the first I’ve ever heard that at that. Even worse when I said I wanted Dr Pepper she got mad and said they don’t sell that only Pepsi products .PEPSI PRODUCTS. I know that they only sell that, that’s why I wanted my Dr Pepper that I always get.! Literally was so upset the car ride home. This girl needs fired who else has she made feel like this???"
