Little Caesars Pizza

"Last time I got Little Caesar's pizza, I picked up my order and drove home, only to realize that my pretzel crust cheese sauce pizza was not pretzel crust. That's the only reason I wanted Little Caesars in the first place. I couldn't find a place online to submit an issue and it's a 40 minute round trip drive to the store and back to my house so I let it go. I decided to try again today. I ordered 2 pretzel crust cheese sauce pizzas and a deep dish and a slices and Stix with jalapeños. I got to the store right when it was ready but then I got an email saying to talk to the cashier. They said my order was ready but they made the wrong slices and Stix so I had to wait 5-10 minutes for a new one. I sat down and waited. When the new one was made, the lady came back to the front counter and said the second one they made for me was made wrong again so I had to wait for them to make a third one. She assured me she would make sure this one was right. So I waited longer. After more time passed, a guy came to the counter with boxes and said everything is ready to go. I opened all the boxes to make sure they were the right thing and realized I only received one of the 2 pretzel cheese sauce pizzas that I paid for. I stood at the front counter a few minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence now that I'm still here after a long period of waiting. Finally, a guy came up and asked if everything was okay. I showed him my order and that we were missing my second pretzel crust cheese sauce pizza. He looked around everywhere and there was not another pizza made. He told the workers making pizzas that he needed one and the one lady said it would have to wait because she had orders on the screen to make. At this point, it was almost 50 minutes after I had placed my order. They said they would make a new one. I stood and waited another 5 minutes and then one guy said he found one that mustve been made and was coming out now. He boxed it up and handed it to me. Now that 3 of the 4 pizzas I ordered were cold, I grabbed the box and headed home. I told my husband to grab some quickly because most of everything was already cold. I opened up the top box so we could get the fresh pizza first and it wasn't a pretzel cheese stuffed crust with cheese sauce. It was a regular cheese stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni and regular pizza sauce. I am so disappointed and unamused. I will not be returning. What a waste of time and money and energy. I cannot imagine ever having a business run this way. If I didn't already pay for the pizzas I would've left everything at the store and grabbed McDonald's instead. I will not be back. This was by far the worst experience picking up food that I've ever had. I tried to reach out to somebody to let them know but apparently there are no longer valid links to report any issues so here we are on review."

"This little Caesars is perpetually understaffed and incapable of handling the number of orders they receive. The app does not give an accurate prediction for the pickup time. It said 6:33 pm but it wasn't ready until 7:00 pm. The food also made us feel sick afterwards. The employee working the counter and drive through was very kind and hard working, but the rest of the staff were rude and incompetent."

"No notification that lobby was closed upon ordering online (online order even stated that our order would be ready in the lobby). Had to wait in drive thru line for about 10 minutes. Waited another full minute until I was even greeted. Got home and one of the pizzas was wrong. We had a bad experience a year ago at this location and thought to give them another chance. Nope, they still suck at their jobs."

"Ordered 2 pizzas online, one cheese, one stuffed pretzel crust and crazy bread. That means they were given at least 20 minutes to prepare what we ordered…. And yet we didn’t get it. They gave us burnt cheese pizza, unstuffed pretzel crust because they “didn’t have it” or were just lazy and didn’t want to make it, and they also “didn’t have” stuffed crazy bread either so gave us things we didn’t order to “make up for it”.. yet not what we ordered. Really disappointed and offended that they’d give someone the wrong order and it’s not even up to par. Sauce all over the pizza… like did y’all even LOOK AT IT???? Embarrassed for y’all."
