"Not as good as it was in the past. Had it delivered asap once they opened for the day and food was cold and congealed when we got it. Rice was dry and very bland and the bourbon chicken was super fatty for some reason. Wish I’d gotten hibachi instead."
"This was my first time going to the Phoenix Express in Stow. When I walked in to my surprise there weren't very many people but as soon as they took our order they were very busy at work. I wanted to try the Sushi Omakase after seeing pictures online. I thought I would have to travel at least 15-45 minutes to get this sushi anywhere else and was very pleased to see this here. What a hidden gem! Highly suggest this place, the customer service was top tier and they even came out and explained each piece of sushi to us! It was like art! Very enjoyable and highly recommended."
"Five star!!! We came with my family. Lot space at the parking lot. Inside is clean and quiet. Fast and excellent service. Fresh fish and vegetables! We had shrimp hibachi with vegetables, 2 fried sushi, 2 fresh rolled sushi, miso soup and garlic butter fried edamame. Most places you gonna taste giant eagle sushi but not here. So delicious! Mostly we liked that they are brings your sushi in the box which is easy to take with you! We paid $91.27 + tip. We gonna come back again."
"We moved to Stow 5 months ago from California. There are so many wonderful authentic sushi and Asian restaurants/takeouts and we were afraid we would not find the same in our area. Phoenix Express can definitely give California a run for its money! The food is fresh, healthy, delicious and the selection is ample.
