"I've been eating at Tim's Tavern for many years now, and I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the mood for fried fish. The fish is always high-quality, the batter is excellent, and there are good alternatives for picky eaters, such as chicken. Service can be a bit slow, but that is only owing to the bridal business the place does. Strongly recommended."

"Food is great and always hot when I get it home. They tell you 10 minutes on the phone for pick up and they mean it. They’ve never been late. Service for dine in and takeout is fantastic. The servers actually seem like they enjoy their job. The only nitpick I have is that the inside of the place looks like it’s right out of 2001. It looks like they haven’t touched a piece of furniture since 2001. The tables wobble all over the place. The chairs are supposed to have cushion but they’re so old they don’t anymore. It’s why I prefer to do takeout."

"Loved three look of the place. Very family friendly, waitress was great. Hush puppies are absolutely delicious! Hubby had a fish sandwich-a piece of fish on a bun. I had the fish dinner-plenty of fish, but the flavor just wasn't there-like, none. Cole slaw was unusually flavored and tarter sauce was, too. I had sweet potato fries which were good, but they were served with melted butter and brown sugar, and to be honest, I had no idea how I was supposed to use them!"

"Homemade hush puppies!!! Salmon so delicious!!! Homemade Beignets wrapped with powder sugar side of warm chocolate sauce. Oh my!!! Sure put a smile on everyone’s face!!"

"I went there in 2005 when I saw Marino inducted so I figured a visit was in order when I came for Zach Thomas. Every bit as good as I remembered. Well worth the stop. Known for its excellent fish and it didn't disappoint! A must for any visit to Canton!"
