"Not sure whom I spoke with but she rudely interrupted me as i was explaining my situation and had an attitude that I even called them because they were already to capacity which I had no way of knowing. Just rude and uncaring. It was the way she responded not the fact that they were already full. Terrible personality."
"Took a stray cat there four years ago. The fella there acted as if he could not be bothered with either of us. Bordered on rude & crossed into apathy. I donated $50 for the care of the cat and still his customer service was way less than adequate. I was wounded by the scared animal (my inexperience,) shouted for help and was ignored. Those wounds got me a trip to the urgent care four days later. Made me wonder if the animals there were given equally poor attention. I truly hope that college-aged fella doesn't work in any customer environment."
"I thought I was going to have no other choice than to have a kitty put down. Was worried I wouldn't have money for an emergency surgery, but they squeezed us in with pricing I could afford. Was worth the hour and 45 minute drive to get there. I can tell they really care about the animals."
"I got a call from Ms. Pam that I was approved who was great and very sweet. She made me an apt to go look at a dog. I got there and someone else was there. The person I talked to was upset I was there but let me visit the dog. The dog wasn't ready to go because needed fixed. I was willing to wait & asked if I could make a down payment & was told no. She claims she couldn't get the dog on the schedule for a few weeks. However that was 5 days ago & I see the dog was adopted to someone else & I never recieved a call. Needless to say I was relieved. After visiting I will happily look & adopt from other rescues & not waste money here. The lady I met with I am assuming was the owner did nothing but belittle the staff member I previously spoke with but she spent the entire visit warning me how awful & horrible this 5 month old puppy was. That is horrible business, bad communication & lack of respect"
"The sanctuary does amazing work to help save all kinds of different animals when they are in need. They have a great adoption / Foster program. If you've ever thought about working with a rescue check them out. I'm glad I did. I added some pictures of past and current fosters. Plus a couple Foster fails lol."
