"I just ordered a large sausage an a Pepsi to my moms house for her the pizza looked like someone played frisbee with it and it wasn’t fresh at all I called about it and told them what my issue was they placed me on old to “see what they can do” left me on hold for 15mins I called back same guy answered I can tell by his voice I told him what I called for and how I was placed on hold and never returned my call he placed me on without announcing that he was left me on hold for another 8mins so I hung up very unprofessional and rude rather gaf or not I won’t be buying there anymore"
"Usually I love your pizza but today it was horrible it literally looked like little Caesars pizza. I think maybe the dough didn't rise correctly. If I wasn't so hungry I would take the pizza back. Just wanted to let ya know something wasn't right with the dough."
"Ordered at 8:45 online. Two hours later, still no order despite the fact that I was emailed a receipt and they charged my card. Tried calling the store which is now passed closing hours to get my money refunded and was hung up on as soon as someone picked up the phone multiple times. Update: called this morning for a refund. Found my smooshed order laying in the garden dirt in the back of my apartment complex. I’m not at all the kind to leave negative reviews/complain but the situation is kinda ridiculous lol"
