"My daughter paid the money to attend driving school with them aware of her age. She wasn't able to get her Temps yet to schedule her driving time. By the time she was even able to get her Temps the course had expired. It has to be all completed within a year of starting it. My son also paid for the course and when he was done with the classroom part he had to wait a 2 months to do his driving time. By the time he was able to take driving test at the BMV he was already 18. Wasted money $300 each total $600. I called numerous of times to try and get a refund or make it right. Kept getting the voice-mail (no return call back) in which the last couple times it stated they had switched ownership. Very angry at how much money we wasted on this driving school. How they didn't tell me about it has to be completed in a year, never returned my calls, and the lengthy wait time to complete the drivers portion on the class. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!"

"Good luck getting the driving part scheduled!!! Months later and still can’t get in-car scheduled. It’s ridiculous! If you’re in a hurry better look at another driving school!"

"Today they weren't slow but boy did the quality suffer. I would have rathered slow. Making changes to menu items is hit and miss well they missed today. Soft tacos had no cheese or lettuce and whole they did add the potatoes, I'm certain it wasn't 80 cents worth. Haven't gotten to the test of the order yet but one of the burritos is so thin it barely feels like more than a shell. Update, thought it only fair that I update my review. The special orders all seemed to be correct but nothing was labeled and everything had to be opened and figured out. Items still lacked consistency. More fire chips on this one and almost none of that, one meaty and one not."

"My son did the in class part in July. After completing it I called to schedule his driving portion and was told to call back in mid August to schedule him for September. I called back in August and was told to call back mid September to schedule him for October. Ridiculous. They were quick to take my money but slow to fulfill their end."

"Excellent instructor, our daughter was well prepared and passed her driving test on the first try. Thank you Ben! My only recommendation would be for them to streamline the process, to facilitate better communication from the corporate office pertaining to scheduling. No consumer wants to wait weeks to hear from the office, then initiate contact only to be given vague answers on when their child will be scheduled, especially after already paying hundreds of dollars. Although the front desk couldn’t answer scheduling questions (and was a bit rude) the office manager could and did. She was extremely helpful and friendly. It might be worth updating their website explaining the process of payment, communication and scheduling. Also, let the consumer know what information needs to be faxed before scheduling can happen."
