"Arrived for a girl's lunch, was seated promptly and given menu and drink order placed. Very friendly server. Only had a few tables occupied. Our food order was taken and it did take awhile to arrive but our order didn't come out together. One lunch was delivered but the other took almost 5 additional minutes. It also sounded like an argument was going on in the kitchen. The food was good and reasonably priced. The place could use a little updating, in my opinion."
"Disappointed.. My husband, 2 kids and our 1yo dined here. I asked for a highchair with straps. The waitress brought one but the straps were broken. When asked for another highchair, I was told that was the only one with "straps". Keep in mind, the restaurant was practically empty. It was arpun 3pm. There were maybe 4 other tables occupied. I spent our entire meal wrangling our 1yo. My water glass was dirty, and I had to ask twice for a new one. The table was also dirty. I asked for salad as my side and was given fries. My sandwich was missing the onion rings and Mayo sauce. We were charged $6.58 for a KIDS lemonade when it should have been $1.49. I asked the waitress to fix the receipt and she changed it to $3.50. It's honestly quite embarrassing how nothing was right and they were unable to provide a safe, usable highchair for an infant when it's a family restaurant. The food was good, but I won't be returning."
"My 18-yr old twin sons and I stopped around 5:30 on Saturday 1/13 for dinner. There weren’t many people there, which made us a little concerned that maybe they were closed. We were seated at a high top table by the bar. The service was outstanding and the food was great. We got several appetizers. They came out quickly and were really good. Boys got a chicken sandwich and a steak sandwich. I got ribs. Food was great. Service was great. We all agreed - next time we are in town, we are stopping again!!!"
"Was very underwhelmed, to say the least. My mother-in-law had reserved a table for a birthday celebration, and to watch the Browns game. When we got there, they said they had to move us because of a different birthday party. So not great. Then they said someone called off and somebody else would wait on us . Took awhile, then someone came and asked what we wanted to drink. We had to respond - can we have menus and drink lists and waters for the table? More time goes by. Finally ordered everything, including a draft Christmas Ale. Took 55 minutes from when we walked into the restaurant until we got our food, then another 5 minutes until we got our drinks!!! Seriously! And the draft Christmas Ale was a bottle, disappointed! Food was typical Fridays food, pretty good, nothing to complain about. They apologized a couple of times about being short staffed but I'm sorry, when are we going to get past that? Were the store manager (s) busting their tail to help? Did they try calling in more help? Should they have told us they couldn't serve us? I don't know, but I was really upset by the whole experience, put a damper on our birthday party."
"Literally 0 people in the building at 5:45PM on a Wednesday. Open sign was on, door was unlocked, and not a staff member or customer in sight. Waited for about 10 minutes. Didn’t appear to be anyone in the kitchen either. Waited outside for another 15 minutes and never saw anyone, despite several cars being in the parking lot. If they were closed because of a technical issue, there should have been a sign on the door and they should have the front door locked. Totally unprofessional in every way. Wouldn’t normally eat here anyway, but had a gift card. Definitely will be not be returning."
