"They are constantly swamped because they can't get people to work. Consequently items are left out of your order. This has happened more than once. It's not their fault but the kids today are just about worthless."

"Placed a order waited over an hour mind you it was an online order show up and they had not even started it. Sent my daughter to pick the order up and the crew gives her attitude. They were not busy. Customer service was horrible. These people forget the customer is why you get a check. Totally pissed of and disappointed Uniontown taco bell sucks, I'll take my money else where. Oh look mcdonalds has better customer service!"

"Food was still good, but they were understaffed the night we went. It took about 40 minutes just to get our food for dine-in. They had DoorDash orders that were taking even longer and drive thru orders that were taking about 20-30 minutes as well. The food was still good and was made without error, but it was just frustrating for everyone that went that night. Probably just a rough night for them, which can happen occasionally."

"Got an order wrong after double checking it twice. The people at the drive thru could have cared less after I asked them to change it on the screen and they assured me it would be made correctly. Don't bother going here."

"Rude employees that don’t fulfill simple orders. Even the most simple item on the menu isn’t executed to standard guidelines. Unless of course the other Taco Bell’s across the country have been giving larger portions of meat in their soft tacos. Unsatisfactory!"
