Kong Hoi Kung Fu Association - Troy is a traditional kung fu school located at 1510 West Main Street in Troy, Ohio, United States. Our programs focus on self-discipline, self-respect, self-awareness, self-defense, and good health through the practice of Lai Tung Pai kung fu. From kids to seniors, we welcome all who are interested in learning martial arts. Our chief instructor, Sifu Anthony Stephenson, has over 30 years of experience and is internationally certified in Lai Tung Pai kung fu. We are a proud member of the Carolinas Association of Chinese Martial Arts and host the CACMA National Kung Fu and Tai Chi tournament. "Amazing place, amazing people, and we could not have imagined how good it would do to our boys of 6 and almost 9 years old when we started. They’ve learned so much, they’ve grown so much by learning to memorize and perform the forms, but also gained confidence.
