"Plenty of vegetarian options. Everything was very nicely done. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, etc. I really liked the menu - both in content and style. The food was great. Tried the sweet potato sushi which was yummy and not loaded with cream cheese like I typically find it which for me was a plus. Also tried two of the tofu dishes and they were both amazing. We will be back for sure!"

"This new Chinese/Japanese establishment replaced my favorite General Tso's place (House of Hunan) so I was sad but wanted to see how it held up. Their recipe is very similar but not quite as flavorful and dynamic. Still good, with decent fried rice. Egg rolls were very excellent with great flavor and crunch! The sushi was standard quality, nothing special, but also fairly priced. Unfortunately the ramen was...strange...it didn't taste or smell like any ramen I've ever had before, and I definitely can't recommend it. There is NO alcohol of any kind here, which I found rather disappointing, since some sake or japanese beer with sushi is a must for me. Service was prompt and efficient but felt very cold. No conversation, smiles, or friendliness, just curt efficiency. It made the visit feel rather uncomfortable, as if our whole group were unexpected and slightly unwelcome guests. The environment was also a bit uncomfortably quiet, almost like a library, with rather drab lighting that was neither bright, nor romantically dim or fancy. All in all, the food was pretty good, prices were fair but not super cheap (Their website didn't have any prices so I wasn't sure what I was walking into. Photos of menu attached). I would get take out from here but unfortunately can't recommend the dining experience, or say I would go out of my way to get food from here. Nothing particularly bad but nothing great either."

The Black Pepper Chicken deserves a special mention for its succulent taste and aromatic spices that left me craving more. "The new owners kept the layout and decor pretty much the same as the prior owners. The steak and broccoli and pepper steak and onions were good. The broccoli was cooked to perfection. Crisp vegetables are a real plus. The Wonon in the soup was too thick. The egg roll presented an opportunity for improvement. The stuffing was a bit bland. The wait staff was responsive, however, could have been more congenial. The staff in the front of the house was friendly and engaging. It's worth visiting or ordering takeout. Nice and quiet and overall, good food, prices, and service."

"Ki Asian Cuisine is a very welcome addition to Fairlawn. We've been lacking in traditional Chinese-American fare in the area and theirs is very good. I had the Chicken & Mushroom while my wife had the Chicken & Broccoli, and it was both super affordable and quick. We were in and out in under a half hour. Fairlawn has loads of expensive, delicious sushi and Asian restaurants, but they lack the basic dishes that are so popular across America. Ki Asian is a perfect low-key, comfort food spot for a quick bite. We will be regular patrons for sure."
