"Food: ordered three grilled cheese options and they were all delicious and just the right portion, highly recommend the goat cheese with mushrooms Service: a little slow and took some time to get food out but very friendly Atmosphere: very friendly atmosphere, lighting is dark but that’s personal preference. Our table was a bit dirty and so were the booths. Drinking cups tastes like soap."

"One of my favorite little places to eat in Akron. Great draft list and can/bottle selection of beer. Lots of ones I haven't tried. My burger and fries were fantastic as well as the service. I've been here many times and always look forward to returning."

"We had to wait at the door for at least 30 minutes while 3 tables sat empty with just needing to be bussed. The poor wait staff was overwhelmed and forgot about us multiple times and took away our drinks for refills and let our grill cheese was cold and solid cheese. I don't think we'll be back. Oh forgot to mention...there was a hair in my wife's sandwich. Stand by your bad food and service all you'd like"

"The restaurant atmosphere was great. It had a lot of boats because it is so close to the locks. The food was good. I ordered the shrimp cocktail with cocktail sauce. Shrimp was so so. Cocktail sauce wasn't very tasty unfortunately. I had the shrimp basket as well. Not bad but didn't eat the cocktail sauce because it was lacking that horseradish kick. I don't know if the restaurant had dessert but we were not offered any dessert. The one good thing if you show them your room key to the Long Ships Motel they give you a 10 percent discount on your order."
