"I know that taco bell has problems hearing but I at lost thought they could read, ordered chicken melt with no chipotle sauce guess what's all over it..."

"First off, it took us 30 plus minutes to get through the drive-thru. When I placed my order, the associate seemed highly disinterested in helping me and even sighed multiple times during my order. After the order was placed and i pulled up to the window, I received the wrong drink with my order, which the associate did correct. However, the associates could be heard cussing and being very unprofessional. The girl at the window was making weird grunting and groaning noises which made me think that I was a nuisance to her and I was extremely uncomfortable. After receiving the food and getting home to eat, I found several issues with my food. The Chicken Soft Taco Supremes were regular tacos without the sour cream and tomatoes, the large taco fries were regular size instead, the cheese quasedilla was not cooked all the way, and my drink lid was not on all the way and I spilled some on me while taking drink. I don't normally leave reviews but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant and something needs to be said."

"We actually live by the Taco Bell by Ken Stewart's but that location has seemed to struggle lately. Due to this we have started going to this location when we can. The food is usually pretty good. The service is definitely a little slower but it seems like all the Taco Bells have struggled to keep staff since the pandemic. The food was good, the coffee machine was broke and the service was a little quicker today. I definitely enjoy the breakfast tacos from this location."

"Staffing can be difficult at times but that’s a product of Taco Bell as a business not providing a livable wage to starting employees, so I understand it can be difficult to retain workers. Drive thru lines can be long but I’ve never experienced any quality issues with my food. Fresh, hot, crunchy tacos"

"Tacos okay, cheesy roll up okay, nachos were completely crushed. The whole point of the nachos is so you have something to scoop the cheese. When they are crushed like this it defeats the purpose. This is simply someone not caring about the customer experience. Also asked for a cup for water and caught some attitude from the dude. I guess the extra work was just too much."
