"This review used to be 5 stars. I'm not sure why the quality of this location has dropped so much recently. They're still as fast as they were, but they're starting to get orders wrong and they simply won't give you sauce when they say they will. I asked for extra sauce twice because the drive thru screen said "4 packs", and the girl assured me there would be "a bunch". There were 6 sauce packs when I ordered 5 things, and one of my items was also the wrong thing. They didn't even bother to give me my receipt so I could fill out the survey and let them know they screwed up my order. Please step it up."

"We love this location. Very clean, friendly staff, rarely get anything incorrect with orders, and they're so quick! We come here pretty regularly even if it's just for a drink. We greatly appreciate speed, accuracy, good customer service and cleanliness ESPECIALLY for fast food!! This staff should all receive raises. You can hear them encouraging each other in the back all the time and complementing each other."

"honestly this is the worst and most expensive Taco Bell you can go too in canton. The food is always wrong, and makes you feel horrible. Not to mention they are not welcoming and have a attitude when you ask for something or explain something is wrong with your order. Me and my boyfriend got 2 boxes today and ended up getting sick and having a stomach bug. Food is horrible and made of mystery meat. The employees are every rude. Exspecially the red head older lady and the brown haired kid who has a attitude. Don’t waste ur money here."

"Theres only one piece that has chicken, seriously??? And the chalupa shell was stale. Am i in the wrong for wanting them to do a decent job on my order that i paid for? I called in to get a refund and the manager was very rude and mind you this was an after midnight order and he says i had to come to the store before 3 am or im out of luck. Probably will still be working there in 10 years. Learn how to make a taco. I will never go to this location again. Kevin D. was the managers name. Edit : I was only refunded half of the order. Wow."
