"It was not a bad place to get some spring rolls. :) I'd had to be at church within fifteen minutes and I managed to drive there in time! Michael"
"I ordered 2 orders of crab rangoon, and when i tried to eat them they are all fried shell and may, and I’m being generous, only a 1/4 tsp of cream cheese and little to none crab!!!! When i called to complain all the woman kept saying is thats what we always use!!!! DO NOT UY THIS AT $4.50!!!! It’s a rip off!!!!!where’s the filling we are paying for???????"
"Two plain I had the chicken chow mein I've had better a lot better end up using like 25 soy sauces to even get some flavor won't order this again can't wait for the one in Wooster to open back up!!!"
"I recently got take out at Ming Hing, and I must say, I was quite disappointed with my experience. The food left much to be desired, and there are several issues that need attention. Firstly, the crab rangoon was a letdown. It lacked the expected creaminess and flavor that I have come to associate with this dish. It tasted flat and seemed like it had been overcooked. The dumplings were another disappointment. They were overfried, making them greasy and unappetizing. I couldn't enjoy them due to the heavy frying. Lastly, the lo mein was simply not up to par. It had an unpleasant taste that made it unpalatable. The flavors were off, and I couldn't finish my plate. While I understand that every restaurant can have its off days, these issues were significant enough to affect my overall experience. I hope Ming Hing takes this feedback to heart and works on improving the quality of their dishes. The service, however, was courteous and prompt, and the restaurant had an okay atmosphere. With some adjustments to the food quality, I believe Ming Hing has the potential to offer a much better dining experience. Remember to provide feedback in a constructive and respectful manner, as it can be more helpful for both the restaurant and future customers. tip: dont waste your money. go to china garden instead, because it isnt overpriced for bad food."
"I have eaten Ming Hing's food for 20 or more years. The change in the taste and quality of the food in the last 6 months is unbelievable. The food used to be the best anywhere around and now it is completely tasteless. I've never had to add soy sauce to the food in the past, but the house fried rice I got today needed 2 packs of soy sauce to have any taste at all. The new owners are also using small little shrimp instead of the large delicious shrimp that the previous owners used. This is the 3rd time I've eaten the food since the new owners took over thinking that any new restaurant has issues, but the lack of taste in this food continues. I miss the old Ming Hing."
