"Tired of all our food being crammed into one bag!! Everything is smashed. Drinks are handed to us covered in soda from spilling over nobody offers to clean them up they just hand them to us. Ask for napkins and they get shoved in our hands and employee says HERE! VERY RUDE! Always missing items in our order. Had to drive back to the restaurant each time we order to get our families entire meal. Customer service is terrible!"

"In the 2 years that I lived in orrville, this taco bell has given me the worst issues ever. Especially with the evening/night crew. I order the same thing for my fiance after work. The exact same customizations. 9 times out of 10 I'm having to turn around and go back to get my food remade because it's incorrect. Today I have an issue with the portion of chicken on the Flatbread. Barely anything on it but the other Flatbread I got had a nice portion and the manager told me they were the same. I've worked taco bell before and know very well those aren't the right portions. It's unbelievable how often I get incorrect food and then the workers argue on it."

"Ordered the steak nacho fries. Never ordering this again. I guess 5 bucks doesn't get you more than 6 fries, 3 steak pieces, and a cup of cheese."

"Ordered 6 tacos and all of them had about a teaspoon of taco meat inside. Prices go up and meat goes away. This is ongoing with this Taco Bell would not recommend this place unless last resort."

"Taco bell has really gone down hill with their quality of food and preparation. Sour cream on one end meat on the other end. Inconsistent taste with every bite. Was not busy and seemed like the order was rushed. Three different items made sloppily. Very dissatisfied."
