"I had been craving Sushi and stopped into Project Sushi while I was out n about in Medina, Ohio. They have quite a selection. You go in and order at the counter. The drinks are bottles/cans. Super friendly service. My food came out quickly. I had the spicy tuna and shrimp tempura. Everything was delicious and fresh. I can’t wait to come back and try some of their specialty rolls."

"My Husband and I really wanted sushi, but I have celiacs so it’s always hard finding a place where I don’t get obliterated. I found Project Sushi on my gluten free app and saw the rave reviews so we had to try it. We showed up right before they closed because we saw the wrong closing times. They were so gracious to have us stay. Jon the owner is fantastic and pointed me to all of my options, which is quite a bit and they made adjustments as needed. His wife is gf and his daughter also has celiacs. They have gluten free rice and soy sauce packets. Their sushi is SO GOOD! For some kick, get the hurricane (they substituted regular jalapeño) and my favorite was the Roller (pronounced rawler). My husband got the spicy tuna and the choke and loved both of them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and we can’t wait to go back!"
