"Brought a little one with a 103 fever and was able to check in quickly due to no one else waiting. Went back into a room within 20 minutes. RN came in and spoke to us and said the doctor would be in shortly. It’s been 2 hours and no one has been back to check on the child or even offer Tylenol or any Covid test. I had to ask for Tylenol because the child was so miserable and when I open the door to ask for Tylenol, 5 individuals were sitting behind the counter. Since being here I’ve learned more about someone’s wedding they are planning than what is wrong with my child. Also; no temp was taken before Tylenol was given even with mentioning a fever"

"Every time we've been it's been a seamless experience. Easy to find location, front office staff are quick, friendly and informative. Minimal wait time in lobby, and Dr. Nat always gets us in and out quickly and my daughter receives the best care. We also really appreciate that everyone talks to her, not over or around like she isn't there. They always make sure we andhave all our questions answered and have all the appropriate follow up information. Can't speak highly enough"

"I scheduled a appointment for 9am for my son to see a neurologist because they would not fill his medication without being seen by the doctor. We were told to be there by 830am to fill out paperwork. It is now 945am, and still waiting. My son has anxiety and is without his medication, and everyone in here is unhelpful. Ridiculous."

"My son suddenly got very ill and we showed up just before closing time. I was nervous the staff would be negative with us due to keeping them there past closing time but they were wonderful. The nurses and doctors were very thoughtful, courteous and thorough. It was a great experience. I also do not have insurance and the billing department has gone out of their way to accommodate a reasonable payment plan. I definitely recommend this location."
