"First time and definitely won't be the last time! Service was excellent... friendly and quick while giving my wife and I plenty of time and space to enjoy our food and relax. The dining space was clean and comfortable. I had the Thai basil with chicken and my wife had the stir fry broccoli with beef. Delicious. Veggies were crisp, sauce was flavorful, and everything was hot! The spice level was excellent (spice level 3 is quite spicy...I'll probably lower it to 2 next time). I look forward to trying something new next time. Will definitely be back! UPDATE: Went back for the second time. Just as good! Had the Pineapple Fried Rice (with just the chicken, no shrimp). Delicious!"

"This was one of the best meals I've had in Northeast Ohio. I had the veg red curry, my wife had spicy string bean. It's small and aged inside but the food is 100% worth it. I'm vegan and the options were plentiful. Try this place!!"

"Gabby was incredible friendly informative and overall just a beautiful personality. We had tamarind duck with rice noodles. Excellent flavor. Who would have thought pineapple baby corn and green peppers taste so divine together. Maybe a tad too crispy on the duck. And it was pricey. Pad see u was excellent. 3 taste fried rice also. The peanut sauce with yam fries was delicious. Thai orchid wraps with a basil leaf on top gives you your healthy veggies or justification therein. Definitely plan to go back numerous times."

"I loved the pad see ew, it had the perfect amount of sauce and the veggies tasted fresh and crisp! The fried tofu was also crispy, and came with a sweet and nutty sauce. My server was very kind and bubbly. Although I was very happy with my service once I was seated, I did wait a while before seeing any staff in the restaurant. I realized later when another customer came in that there is a bell at the front. So for any future customers reading this, if you don't see anyone right away, don't be afraid to ring the bell!"

"I am torn with this review. I fell in love with the OG Thai Orchid. My first experience with Thai food was incredible. My wife and I were in the mood and wanted to order and pick up. I was appalled as to the condition of the dining room. We decided to wait at the bar while we waited for our food to be prepared. I watched the waitress down 2 glasses of wine in lieu of bussing the tables. The place wasn't busy but she didn't touch one table. I watched for over 40 minutes as she did everything but clean the tables. This made me concerned that the quality of the food would suffer. I will say that the cook has nothing to do with the wait staff. If I were the proprietor, I would take a close look at what was going on in your dining room. The food was awesome, but there is something broken in your dining room. UPDATE after the owner responded and made excuses, I was told it was best for me to call and discuss the issue with management. The staff had no reason to be overwhelmed, we were present for over 40 minutes and watched as the server had ample opportunity to do her job. There was a couple that entered and was directed to sit at the small table in the doorway. They objected and selected their own seat. The only table that was clear of clutter. Before YOU BASH someone for being honest and alerting you to poor performance, perhaps you would spend time correcting your broken dining room. FYI I HAVE OVER 500 REVIEWS POSTED AND most every review is 4+ STARS. So yeah, we're done eating at your restaurant and will be sure to spread the word about your lack of responsibility in this situation. Good day Thai Orchid!
