"There's office is great. Just started coming here. Severe anxiety of getting my teeth fixed. They made me feel comfortable. Did a great job on the first one. Made a fast appointment to come back to get the next one fixed and Dr. Moss and his assistance are great. I do not like the dentist but I can honestly say I love this place"

"This rating is because of their inaccessibility. We are trying to find a dentist for emergency care (tooth broken off above gumline), so I called them today (Monday September 11, 2023), just to get a recording that they only accept calls/requests for new patients on the first Monday of each month, and to call back then. But last Monday was a federal holiday (Labor Day), so everything was closed. That would make this the first business Monday of the month. So in my opinion, they are not very patient friendly. Editing to say this: I received an email notification that Healthsource of Ohio, Seaman responded to my review. So I read their response, and in my opinion, the reply from them was merely to "save face". I think their having a voice recording, rather than having someone answer the phone is impersonal and cold. They were not the only dental office that I called, all in the area that I have called thus far are booked up, but at least with all of the others, I spoke with someone, and not just got a voice recording saying "new patient calls are only accepted on the first Monday of the month". So my opinion stands."

"I have called on the first Monday of every month since February and STILL have never received a call back or appointment! I leave my name and phone number every time and call at 8 am, then hear nothing back! I absolutely have to see a dentist and love my doctor here, so I would like to see the dentist here too! Am I doing something wrong? Please help!!"

"One of the assistants there was extremely rude to me for no good reason at all! I had severe anxiety when they did my fillings the last time I was there & when I asked to sit up for a second she literally got mad at me. Here I am just a few months later & I’ve already lost a big filling tonight because, she rushed it! So now, I get to suffer because of ignorance! I can’t remember the woman’s name but, she was mixed with black hair. Avoid her touching your mouth at all costs!!"

"Absolutely love this place. We have been coming here for many years, moved an hour and a half away and still come here. Best dentist and assistants around. Our kids all love them too and are super comfortable with them all and our youngest is 2. We always start taking our kids at age 1 so they get used to going. It makes it easier on everyone. Highly recommend."
