"I have been ordering from Marco's Pizza for over 15 years a long and loyal customer. Yesterday I had my pizza delivered and it was awful it looked like it was precooked and warmed up after a few days in a refrigerator and I called the store immediately when I got the delivery and really nothing was done about not even and I'm sorry."

"Unbelievable! Worst service I have encountered. Ordered 1.5 hours ago. Checked on order once after and hour..."just came out of oven" then 30 minutes later "it just left the store"...30 minutes later...nothing. If you are unable to complete an order, just notify the Customer so we can do something else for dinner. I've been lied to twice by the staff. How sad. BUT didn't hesitate to charge my CC so must get a refund now...WOW"

"I’m extremely unhappy!!! I ordered pizza at 4:30pm and it’s 7:10 and still no pizza. They tried telling me my address didn’t exist.. I just called again at 7:10 and they are just making it to deliver. He wasn’t sure if I wanted it. Like wth are u talking about!! I’m so mad!! I want to talk to someone higher up because it’s unexceptionable!!"

"If I could rate lower I would. The little girl that answers the phone that acts like she owns the place needs fired. The way she talks on the phone is completely unprofessional and when she does not know the answer to something she just puts you on hold with no warning. She is rude and gets attitude with you. Needless to say we will not be back."
