"This place is packed for a reason. Good food, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. As other places since COVID, if you are there on a day when they are short staffed in the kitchen, or in wait staff, you'll wait for service and food. But it's worth it. Food is the way you expect it, fairly priced, and enough you might want to take a box home."

"Neighborhood chain of upscale diners with an eclectic menu of salads, burgers, and entrees. Liquor, too, but the milkshakes are amazing (served in a silver cup with more than one glass fills). Nice appetizers, especially the fried artichokes. Friday night fish fry is great, and a good value. Numerous locations, including Playhouse Square downtown."

"This review will apply to a takeout breakfast order. Eggs were both runny and over cooked (go figure). Toast was burned. Pancakes were dry and bland. Also beware if you order iced tea, they will throw a raw lemon rind in there without telling you, and charge $3.30 for an 8 ounce serving. I hope the dine in experience is much better."

"This was my first time eating here since the remodel, and I must say the remodel completely ruined the Yours Truly experience. The new restaurant is cold, generic and has a very urban feel to it. There is so longer a quaint, homey, old-fashioned and intimate feel that I had grown to love and associate with Yours Truly. The new atmosphere is very loud with the exposed kitchen layout, all you basically hear is the kitchen exhaust fan and clanking of pans. It used to be a great place to meet up with friends and family to eat and talk, but now that’s a challenge. The warm lights, wood booths and overall inviting atmosphere has been replaced with a very grey color scheme, lots of TVs and an overall lack of intimacy. The environment paired with the pretty expensive price tag of the meals has really dropped Yours Truly to near the bottom of places I’ll tolerate. I had a bowl of chili with onions, cheese and sour cream and that was around $10. The chili was good, but I think $10 is steep and paired with the environment it just kind of sucked."
