"Case management isn't very helpful. They don't really help you and hilary davis and her boss sam are rude. Their not for you. Anna Bailey is good support for someone to talk to but doesn't get things done. She's not really able. They also don't do anything to help you if your not with them. They only do things to help if with you. This is my experience"
"Never return calls showed up multiple times before 2pm like they said to see someone was sent away saying I'd recieve a call which never came. Finally came back and demanded to see someone due and was given a survey about very personal info by an uncaring staff and was basically turned away and was told they couldn't help me with depression and other mental health problems I was having. Deserves 0 stars and was clear from start they didn't care. Should be shut down!"
"Amy Trent is wonderful. I got a new case manager. Amy told me to make an appt on 11/21 as she had written down. I kept calling from 11/21 to 11/23 trying to get an appt as told by Amy Trent. I also left a message with my case manager well over 24 hours. No one would give me an answer until I got very upset. I was ignored. All I wanted was an answer of what was going on. I will check to see if I can file a complaint. I feel my case manager was trying to ignore me. I got an answer after I got extremely upset. I will file a complaint. I felt my case manager just did not care."
"There for awhile I thought they had changed for the better. Well, that went downhill FAST!!! I've left voice-mails for 3 different people for the past 2½ weeks and no one is returning my calls! I've been going here for many years and they can't keep employees. I've had so many case managers, doctors, and counselors. It's like a revolving door! I don't feel that we, the "clients" are the priority."
"Used to be good but now it's really bad. I can't drive and live in the middle of nowhere but my caseworker can only take me to things for "mental health matters". Doctor's appointment, nope. Only mental health matters. Doesn't matter that I was in so much pain it was affecting my mental health. New caseworker is a little better but I need help with more things than just "mental health matters". I had a good one that would take me to get groceries and just out of my house. I don't have a driver's license and live in the middle of nowhere for reasons beyond my control. But the policies have changed I guess....for the worst."
