"What can I say about this place. The food is usually fresh and good. Sometimes its closed when advertized to be open. Waiting time is often long. When you ask for sour cream they usually put 1/2 cup or more on top of the food so ask for it on the side unless you want to soak it in sour cream. Staff is often not very friendly."

"Food is good. But expect a line and they might be out of stuff. Also the drive thru is just for online orders. Dining room is really too small, most seating is too close to both the counter and the line wraps around it. The seating area away from that is a great big mess."

"The employees were not very friendly but the food was good & I didn’t have to wait too long……….BUT…..the place was FILTHY! I was not able to get any pictures of the food prep area where they make the food and put the bowls/burritos together but it is beyond filthy! There were no utensils either. Who ever is the owner needs to pay this location a visit and have them clean their act up. If I was the owner of this location I would be mortified. I will not be returning due to how dirty it is. If they can’t keep the dining area and cook/prep area clean then my assumption is they are probably not upholding food safety standards."

"Very slow and uninterested employees. I placed a pickup order through the app and arrived at the time that was estimated but still ended up waiting another 20 minutes for my order. Definitely would have been faster to just wait in line, but that was moving slow too. Our food was cold when I did get it, my bag of chips was nearly empty and I noticed most of the tables and the service line had very messy surfaces. There was a door dash delivery driver getting upset because of how long she had been waiting for an order and as well as how no one addressed her while she was standing by the register for over 10 minutes. The only employee who seemed somewhat engaged was the woman running around trying to pull together a catering order that appeared to have some issues. I overheard her apologize to the customer and she explained she is actually from the Akron store and was just picking up a shift at this location- so I could only image what the atmosphere would be like if she wasn’t there either."

"Line of people just waiting while there is only 1 employee serving food. There's like 8 employees but only one is working while the line just gets longer and longer. U can't order online because when u pick up the order it's always wrong. This has to be one of the worst in the franchise. Go to the one in Willoughby. Their service is a lot better."
