"The hot butter cheese steak is by far my favorite sandwich. I order from several different mr hero stores threw out ohio and thankfully I work around the corner from this one! The quality at this particular store is amazing! I come in several times a week. I just wish they had a better rewards program."

"Although the lady at the register was very pleasant and tried her best to assist me, she wasn't. The management had no clue what they were doing and in the process lost my online coupon from Mr. Hero and then told me he was sorry, there's nothing he could do. And didn't try to make amends. After the negative and I don't care attitude, I decided not to purchase anything from this store."
