"All I wanted was soup today. I went in and placed my order. 1/2 turkey with chicken wild rice soup and chips. The kid rang it up correctly. He was very nice. I got it home all ready to eat and it was wrong. I received chicken noodle soup and bread. Instead of the wild rice soup and chips. The ticket that came out of the kitchen was also correct. They didn’t even bother to take the time to read anything. They saw chicken and that was it. This place isn’t cheap by any means. When people come to spend their money they expect to get what they ordered and paid for. Those customers would like what we ordered considering that’s why we ordered it. It was no busy in there at all. There’s so excuse for for poor service. Also didn’t really like hearing the people making food say they can’t take the time off for being sick so they have to power through. That trip today was a complete waste of time and money. I knew I shouldn’t have came there. I went back and forth on it. But really wanted that soup. Paid for it. Surely never got it though. Not driving twenty minutes back up there. Probably get the wrong soup again anyway."

"Bought a quart of French onion soup, asked for cheese on the side and received one tiny container of cheese after paying an extra $1.50 for extra. No consideration or customer service whatsoever."

"I would not recommend eating here with current management. Plenty of customers I talk to from when I previously worked there come up to me and tell me the place is absolutely disgusting, the management is still terrible (but know noticeable to customers) and the experience is over all bad. It’s nice knowing that when I worked there, I tried my hardest to keep it clean and tidy with a good atmosphere and relationships with staff. I can’t even begin to tell you about my experience with the GM. Honestly, I have panic attacks when looking back at it."
