Wendy's

"I would give no stars if it gave that choice. We sat along with a whole line of cars at the drive thru and didn't budge,not even one car through, after 23 minutes of that a whole bunch of cars finally was fed up and just left. This Wendy's is always always horrible. LONNNNGGG WAITS at the drive thru each and every time we go. Employees are usually very rude, and act like you are bothering them on their day off while they are at home. You are better off to drive further out, most of these drive thru places over here are absolutely horrible now."

"I waited 45 minutes for an order that contained an ingredient I asked them to exclude because of an allergy. I didn't discover it until I got back to work and didn't have time to get a different lunch. I should have checked my order before I left, but the guy who took my order confirmed no ketchup."

"this location is a total miss for me, I've gone twice the 1st time a few months ago and the attitudes and food was less than expected even for fast food ... that was during rush hour ..I went today after rush hour and the staff was less than welcoming ... the food old and since I needed to get back to work I didn't fully note how terrible things were .. the fries were old cold and stale the nuggets okay but dry like they been sitting and the cheese cup was not only VERY OLD and lumpy but wasn't even filled as if it was returned or a left behind some time before I arrived .. needless to say I ended up eating chips and throwing out the "food" I wasted time, gas, and money getting... guess I'll stay away from here as I've been doing but I can only hope no one else experienced the same"

"I go to this Wendy's every Wednesday night. Tonight's behavior of the full staff disgusted me. From management down. It was a total unprofessional disgusted show. Including use of "f" bombs on both staff and management in front of customers. All over not having spicy chicken nuggets available. After the manager made a scene of an apology to myself and the other customer there. I left the restaurant. This restaurant has had poor night service for awhile. But today's staff and management topped it off. Very disappointing all around."

"Order a spicy chicken sandwich with no tomato extra pickles. They took off the onion and add extra extra mayo. Tried calling phone line is busy which means the phone is off the hook so they can't receive calls. I didn't get a receipt because the young man seem to have a nasty attitude about working the through window. He kept slamming the window when he opened and closed it. Food too pricy to not have it made correctly. Ask for fries with no salt and they reheated old fries."
