"The fat manager with the raggedy outdated braids and bug eyes has a very very very nasty attitude. Every time I come here she is about to argue with the customers over their orders. It's like she's trying to hog all the chicken for herself or something. If she hates her job and everyone that comes thru the door maybe she should find new employment. One day she gone catch the right person on the wrong day, and I just hope I'm there to see it. She should really Watch how she treat and talk to ppl, never know what ppl are going thru."

"Lost the order and let us sit in car for 20-30 min without ever checking up. Finally go inside to check and ask and they realized they lost the order. Barley got an apology and just wanted a refund."

"Aside from the homeless man asking for help from every car in the drive through, had the pleasure of sitting in the drive through with 8 cars in front of me. Waited for almost 40 minutes to get to the window. What I wanted to order was told it would be an additional 10 minutes. Changed mind and got a chicken sandwich. Chicken was dry, but was actually good!"

The guy on speaker kept telling us our total after we ordered an item and when we said we weren't done ordering he said "y'all need to order faster". Got our order completely wrong then pulled us forward bc we were "on the timer" and then forgot about us."
