"My boyfriend went in and ordered a bowl. Came home and was eating and pulled a “DO NOT EAT” packet out of his bowl and had to throw the whole thing away. Disgusting."

"The food and service at this new Chipotle is worse than the old one they closed. The food overall was terrible absolutely no flavor not even the rice . The corn salsa was nothing but corn there was no onions cilantro or anything else to make it a salsa ! When I asked the young lady and the young man behind the counter what was wrong with the corn salsa both told me we don't know we don't work back there the place was filthy the employees were in the front of the store off to the side using profanity and talking about their personal business loudly ! They really need new management and employees I have been coming to Chipotle's for years and it has never been this bad ! Steelyard Chipotle PLEASE DO BETTER !!"

"Came here with a group of coworkers for lunch. The lunch crew seemed very efficient and got the long line moving fast. The two girls at the register helped me with the app when I couldn’t find the code to scan for points. Everyone’s food was good and we all left happy and full. My only ask to the restaurant is that they assign someone to keep the dinning area clean. I miss the old days when most fast food Restaurants spots had one person assigned to keeping dinning room constantly clean, tables wiped, floor swept and garbage emptied. Overall, great experience and a solid spot for lunch."

"I ordered a steak bowl for pickup. My fiancé went to pick the order up for me. Once I received my food I noticed that all my steak was burnt, very hard and old. It was literally not even chewable. Very frustrated because I can’t even go return my food, since I’m home and my fiancé was on his lunch break. I can’t believe this is the quality of food from a chipotle that was just opened."
