"Waited 20 minutes past my expected time for pickup, no big deal.. they're busy. Got the food to the car was missing my sub. Had to go back in and wait to get that cooked. Again, cool I get it. Then get back home and all of my sauces are missing. No garlic butter, no jalapeno ranch.... 3 issues on one order is a lot."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered 2 large pizzas and 30 wings. The pizza was fine but the wings were slimy and soft. When I called back to ask why the wings were slimy and undercooked the manager working the floor told me that’s how their chicken is made and then proceeded to ask me in a very rude and condescending tone if I have ever eaten chicken before..and then said all chicken is slimy. Listen, I get it, food service is rough but I have never encountered a person so rude and patronizing. The wings were disgusting, my family didn’t even eat them. I asked for the owners number since Heather, the manager, refused to give it to me. I will follow up with corporate. If you’re reading this comment, skip this place."
