"I like to start up saying I usually love going to Texas Roadhouse just for the rolls on butter alone but on this day it was a little different. The night started out great friendly staff for the atmosphere everything was going smoothly drinks came out appetizers came out and then that's where things went a little different. Our reservation was for 7:30 we finally left the restaurant around 10:00 because I don't know if the kitchen didn't make our food or forgot our food but we were sitting there waiting a while for our food two people behind us came and went as we were still sitting there with our apps. Staff is very apologetic the manager even discounted the meal which was great and all that stuff but I don't understand what happened at this particular restaurant. Would I go back there again of course I mean it could have been an off night we all have them every restaurant has them doesn't mean you don't go to a place because of that you know food was still good came out a little cold but it was still good so they tried making up for it which was positive of everything"

"Take out was supposed to be ready at 6:25. Texted the number several times and it said it wasn't ready. Finally got to the window at 7:10 because I was starving and sick of waiting and received food that was clearly sitting for the past 30+ minutes. All of the food was cold. The burger was just slopped into a take out container and it was incredibly soggy. It tasted fine aside from being cold. Also never received a salad that we ordered. Absolutely horrible experience with this location."

"Our food was supposed to be ready at 8:36. It was not. At 8:51, I texted again from the car to ask for the food, and it still was not ready. At 9:05, I got out of the car and went to the pickup window to speak to them about how our food was already 30 minutes late, and it still wasn’t ready. The worker was trying to be helpful and he was polite, but then when we arrived back at our hotel, the order was wrong. We ordered a fully loaded baked potato for my husband, and a sweet potato for me. We received all the fixings for the baked potato - sour cream, cheese, butter - but he was also given a sweet potato, which he does not like. His steak was overcooked and dry, as well as my salmon. The frustrating part is that we also provided a tip for a CARRYOUT order, which I don’t think we should be pressured through the app to give, so we also provided a decent size tip for an order that was wrong, late, and the food was not good quality. I am just disappointed and I hope that they get it together for their future customers. Will not return to this location. Have had good experiences at other locations. Don’t pressure people into tipping for carryout if you’re not going to deliver on-time, quality, correct orders. Also, we specifically asked for silverware and there was none. This would normally not be a big deal, but we were staying in a hotel because we are here for work. So once we got to our room, we had to go back down to the hotel lobby, find an associate, and get someone to go in the kitchen and find some disposable silverware for us while our food got colder."

"Came in for Sunday lunch and there was only a 10 minute wait. I liked the steak and shrimp. It was nice that entree comes with a side and a salad. The rolls are yummy."

"The apps and the ribs were really tasty. The staff was friendly and didn't forget about us sitting back in the corner. The price was more reasonable than I thought. I recommend and will return."
